The Cheeses

This is Cheese Village’s combined treasure chest:  21 (24) tasty individualists, nurtured on the best that the mountains can provide. During the summer, there are even 3 more cheeses that are produced:  namely, natural Trøg cheese, Trøg with caraway, and Surystil. We have collected most of them here; and when summer rolls around, we will, of course, show off the cheeses produced at that time.

The Producers

The cheese recipes are inherited, family heirlooms that have been handed down and perfected from generation to generation. Now, the ultimate cheese producers from three generations have banded together to introduce the cheeses to the world and to bring the world into their realm of cheese. Here are the people who live together with the animals, give them their love and time, and whom, together, to provide you with the best tastes that the mountains can offer.
